Practice will begin on August 2, 2010!!! Come register your football player or cheerleader if they are between the ages of 7 and 15. |

Place: Crocker Amazon Park Time: 6:30pm – 7:45pm
Sign-ups for Football and Spirit participants will be in the locker room near the Soccer Field. Sign-ups will be every night from Aug 2 through Aug 20. Beginning the week of Aug 23 sign-ups will be 3 nights a week Tues, Thurs, and Fri from 6:30 to 7:45pm until Aug 31 and practice will be the same nights from 6 to 8pm. |

Bring all documents:
Pop Warner National Physical Form (Dated after Jan., 1, 2010) Copy of Birth Certificate Copy Of Medical Card (Both Sides) 3 Copies of report card (please copy on 81/2” x 11” paper)
Public High and Middle School-Jan & June R.C.’s needed. Other Middle and High Schools, just June R.C. needed. Returning football and cheer participants need Report card and Physical forms only. |

Registration Fees:
Football $110, Cheer $95 also $50.00 for Sweat suit (required)
$40 Volunteer Fee - Refundable upon 10 Hours Completion of Volunteer Services!
